We collect only what we need to take an order and answer your questions.

Information you give us directly:

• Contact enquiries — your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message, when you use our contact form or email us.
• Order information — your name, email address, and billing and shipping address, provided during checkout.

Information collected automatically:

• Standard server logs — including IP address, browser type and pages requested — kept by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.
• Your shopping cart, which is stored in your own browser and described in section 5.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

We never see, handle or store your card details.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, you are taken to a payment page hosted by Stripe, and your card number, expiry date and security code are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. They do not pass through our servers.

Stripe provides us only with confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, the amount, and the contact and shipping details you entered so that we can fulfil your order. Stripe processes your information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

We use the information described above to:

• process, fulfil and deliver your orders;
• contact you about an order, including delivery updates and any problems;
• answer questions you send us;
• handle returns, refunds and disputes;
• detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and
• comply with our legal and tax obligations.

We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, our lawful bases are: performance of a contract (processing your order), legitimate interests (answering enquiries, preventing fraud, keeping the site secure), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.

Your shopping cart is saved in your browser’s local storage so that it survives a page refresh. That data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us until you check out, and can be cleared at any time by emptying your cart or clearing your browser’s site data.

When you proceed to payment, Stripe sets its own cookies on its hosted page for fraud prevention and to make the payment work. Those are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:

• Stripe — to take payment and handle refunds and chargebacks.
• Shipping and delivery providers — the name and address needed to deliver your order.
• Our hosting provider — which stores the site and its server logs on our behalf.
• Professional advisers — such as accountants, where required for tax or audit.
• Authorities — where we are legally obliged to disclose information, or need to establish or defend a legal claim.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, which is generally seven years from the end of the relevant financial year.

Contact enquiries are kept for up to two years so that we can follow up on related questions, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

The site is served over HTTPS, and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We limit access to order information to those who need it to fulfil orders.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information and poses a risk to you, we will notify you and any relevant regulator as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate information corrected;
• ask us to delete information we no longer need;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• receive your information in a portable format; and
• complain to a data protection authority.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information there. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, your information may therefore be transferred outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on our providers’ approved safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
