This site is operated by Mubarak Hadi LLC, 941 Hillwind Rd NE Ste 205 Fridley, MN 55432. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Mubarak Hadi LLC, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

You may use this site to browse our products and place orders for your own use. You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• interfere with the site’s operation, security or availability;
• scrape, copy or republish its content other than as permitted in section 10; or
• place orders you do not intend to pay for.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you are legally able to enter into a contract with us.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Packaging and minor product details may vary from the images shown.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund it in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of shipping and any applicable sales tax, which are shown before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted.

Very occasionally a product may be mispriced. If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel. We are not obliged to supply at an obviously incorrect price.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation acknowledges that we received it, but it does not form a contract.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. Until then we may decline it — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify payment, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if the order appears fraudulent. If we decline, we will refund any payment in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, our payment processor. We accept the cards and payment methods shown at checkout.

Your card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page and are never received or stored by us. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

We will not dispatch your order until payment has cleared.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping is $5.99 per order, and free on orders over $500. The cost is shown before you pay.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather and customs can affect them.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address — we cannot be held responsible for orders lost through an incorrect address.

For international orders you are the importer of record and responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged on arrival.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email Mubarakhadi@outlook.com with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or was sent in error, in which case we cover it.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take longer to show it.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

The design, text, graphics and layout of this site are owned by Mubarak Hadi LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Product images and manufacturer descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission.

This site may link to websites we do not control, including social media and our payment processor. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may suspend or withdraw it at any time for maintenance or other reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions, in which case they may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it.

Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier failure, utility or network outages, war and government action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Minnesota will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either of us may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page will be revised.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this site.
